Common questions
Do I have to use the shop my insurance picked?
No. In California the choice of repair shop is yours. Your carrier can suggest a shop in their network, but you can bring the claim here and they still have to pay the claim.
Do you handle the insurance claim for me?
Yes. We work with all insurance companies. Bring us the claim number and we handle the estimate, the photos, the adjuster and any supplements, and we bill the carrier direct.
What does an estimate cost?
Nothing. Written estimates are free, no appointment needed, and there's no obligation to leave the vehicle with us.
My car isn't drivable. What do I do?
Call us before you have it towed anywhere. Once a car lands at the wrong yard it gets more expensive and more complicated to move, so a two-minute call first can save you money.
Can you fix frame or structural damage?
Yes. We have a frame machine on site. The vehicle is measured against factory specification, pulled back into alignment and re-checked before any new panels go on.
What if the adjuster missed damage?
That's common — a lot of collision damage isn't visible until the panels come off. We document what we find, submit a supplement to your carrier and get the additional repair approved.
Do you tow my car in?
Yes — tow-in to our shop is free if the vehicle isn't drivable. Call us before you arrange a tow anywhere else, because once a car lands at the wrong yard it gets more expensive and more complicated to move.
Is the repair warrantied?
Yes. We stand behind our workmanship with a lifetime warranty for as long as you own the vehicle. Parts carry whatever warranty the manufacturer provides.
